These Terms of Service govern your use of Extinct Cycles’ services and website (extinctcycles.com), operated by Shady Sidqui, Berlin, Germany.

  2. Extinct Cycles provides bicycle repair, inspection, and custom build services by appointment only. No e-bikes. All services are labour only — parts are extra unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Appointments & Cancellations

  2. Bookings are by appointment only. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

  1. Pricing & Payment

  2. Prices listed on the website are indicative. Final costs may increase if unforeseen complexity, corrosion, or excessive wear is discovered. You will be informed before any additional charges apply. Payment is due upon collection of the bicycle.

  1. Liability

  2. Extinct Cycles takes great care with every bike. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, faults not covered in the agreed scope of work, or damage caused by parts sourced by the customer. We are not liable for theft, fire, or other events beyond our control.

  1. Warranty

  2. Labour carries a 30-day warranty. Parts are subject to manufacturers’ warranty terms. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications made after collection.

  1. Governing Law

  2. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
